Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Launchbored (“we”, “us”), based in Victoria, Australia, which makes Nev. They cover the Nev desktop app, the Nev iPhone companion app (coming soon) and this website. By using Nev, you agree to these terms. The summary at the top is there to help; the full text below is what applies.

Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Nev app, in line with these terms.

Plans, trials and billing

Nev has these plans:

• Team Nev needs at least 3 people.
• There’s a 14-day free trial of the Nev plan.
• Prices are in US dollars. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time in Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• We don’t give refunds for part periods, except where the law requires.
• We may change prices. If we do, we’ll tell you before your next renewal.

Your AI plan and other services

To use Nev you need your own ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini plan. Those services, and any services you connect to Nev, are provided by other companies under their own terms and fees. We’re not responsible for them.

Approvals and responsibility

Nev asks for your approval before it sends, publishes, buys or changes things. You’re responsible for what you approve, including ad spend and the emails you send.

AI output

Work produced with AI can be wrong or incomplete. Check it before you rely on it, especially for legal, financial, health or safety matters.

Acceptable use

When you use Nev, you agree not to:

• use it for anything unlawful
• send spam
• infringe other people’s rights
• try to break or misuse the service, or other people’s accounts.

Your content

Your content stays yours. We don’t claim ownership of it, and the app works on it on your own device. If you send us feedback or ideas, we can use them freely.

Early access

Some features are new or marked as coming soon. They may change.

Availability, suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to Nev, for example for misuse or non-payment. If that happens, your local data stays on your computer.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows:

• we aren’t liable for indirect loss
• for anything else, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months or, where the law lets us choose, to supplying the service again.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia. You and we agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the federal courts of Australia.
